The Custom Photo Booth Co. ("we," "us") operates thecustomphotobooth.com. Contact: hello@thecustomphotobooth.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email, phone and company, provided in Build Your Booth.
• Event and venue details: booth type, event date, venue, city and state, hours, guest count, budget, venue type, foot traffic, install timeline and arrangement preference.
• Uploaded artwork: logos and designs you upload, and design notes.
• Saved build links: the selections in a build you save, stored so the link can be reopened by anyone who has it.
• Device and usage data: collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie notice.

3. How we use information

To respond to requests, prepare quotes, design and produce booths, plan rentals and installs, operate saved build links, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.

4. Payments

For installed booths, guest payments, whether made by QR code or by an optional card reader, are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

5. Translation

The site offers a language picker in the footer. If you use it, page content may be sent to a third-party translation widget.

6. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the site and our services (such as hosting, analytics, payments and translation), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We never sell personal information, and we never share it for targeted advertising.

7. Uploaded artwork

You keep ownership of artwork you upload. You permit us to use it to design and produce your booth and related materials.

8. Retention

We keep contact information, build requests and saved build links for 1 year, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including Nevada and California, state law may give you rights over your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we honor these requests for all users. To make a request, contact hello@thecustomphotobooth.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

11. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
